Novo Technologies has implemented the Novo Property Management and Novo Facility Management systems for WISAG Polska. Novo Technologies has demonstrated a high level of service, due diligence and a professional approach to the tasks entrusted.

Due to the rapid development of our portfolio of commercial real estate, we decided to improve management in the use of property management. We decided to choose the NOVO Property Management product from NOVO Technologies S.A.

Astri Group is the biggest retail real estate owner in Estonia. We are owning shopping centres and a market in 4 Estonian cities. Due to our growing needs to manage our portfolio in a more effective way we were looking for a software that could help us to handle all this information. After doing plenty of research and visiting several software providers, we decided to choose NOVO software provided by Novo Technologies from Poland.

We have been using the NOVO Property Management software since 2016, when we decided to pilot the module of this system supporting the property management area.

The software was quickly implemented, the support of the team of NOVO consultants, both at the implementation stage and in the post-deployment period, was very professional, and the NOVO Property Management software module itself proved to be comprehensive and at the same time very friendly in everyday work for our company’s users.

We decided to purchase an IT system that would support our department managing the growing portfolio of our commercial properties.

Our choice was the NOVO Property Management system from NOVO Technologies. The NOVO system has proved to be a modern, comprehensive tool that automates many specific processes related to retail property management.

The system met our expectations.
