We have been using this software implemented by NOVO Technologies for three years.
The NOVO Property Management system is a comprehensive tool, dedicated to the commercial real estate sector commercial real estate industry, which effectively supports all key processes related to related to the effective management of dozens of facilities in our portfolio and is a great support for us in our daily work.
In connection with the start of operations of our new investment, the SanPark Shopping Park, we were looking for a system to support the management of this facility from day one.
We have been using NOVO Property Management software in our daily work in our company for more than 3 years. During this time we have had the opportunity to test all the various functions of the programme, with particular emphasis on the process of settlement of service charges that we perform annually for our tenants.
