The development work of our system is in full swing! We have just released a new module - NOVO Property CRM. It replaced the NOVO Property Leasing module, which covered tenants area only.

NOVO Property CRM includes an intuitive register of all contractors, including suppliers, partners, distributors, customers and, above all, tenants. Users can create and work on an extensive database containing key information about all types of contractors with whom the company cooperates. The module facilitates the work of departments dealing with debt collection, cooperation with suppliers and, of course, with current and potential tenants. It is a solution that, like all products created by our developers, has been designed with the commercial facilities sector in mind and based on our several years of experience in this industry. It could not lack cross-sectional reporting for people managing contacts with contractors, including heads of commercialization departments or people managing the debt collection area or cooperation with suppliers. Our advantage is constant cooperation with system users who regularly inform us about both their needs and functionalities that facilitate and accelerate the performance of specific tasks, making them effective. And our focus on UEX (user experience) and detail in creating applications makes them also effective. And that's how NOVO Property CRM was created!
