NOVO PM with the first contract in Ukraine!

Today is an extremely important day for NOVO Technologies S.A. Our new Client is ‘METRO CASH & CARRY UKRAINE’ - the first client on the Ukrainian market. Negotiations began before the outbreak of war and were necessarily interrupted in February 2022. This required our company to learn the specifics of the Ukrainian market and the local legal and tax solutions associated with the commercial property management industry. METRO, in turn, thoroughly explored the market of IT solution providers, supporting the management of the settlement process in this industry, to finally decide on the solution proposed by NOVO.

We are delighted that the contract has been finalised after many months, or years altogether. We hope that it is also a signal that, after 2.5 years since Russia's aggression against Ukraine, trade relations with our neighbours are beginning to normalise and they believe in an end to the conflict. We feel honoured to be part of the process of change. METRO CASH & CARRY UKRAINE manages 26 large retail facilities. Our company faces a big challenge not only because of the size of the implementation, but also because of its specificity. We are fully prepared to carry out the process, and we have strengthened the team with competences that will certainly accelerate the implementation. And we hope that this is the first of many implementations we will carry out in the Ukrainian market.
