We often hear that the implementation of a large IT system such as ours must take many months, perhaps even more than a year. Each implementation process begins with a meeting, in which we present a detailed implementation schedule with a definition of the responsibilities on the Client's side and, of course, ours.

Whether or not, the process proceeds on time is largely determined by the efficiency of the people involved on the client's side.In practice, it can run very smoothly and without problems.
