In connection with the start of operations of our new investment, the SanPark Shopping Park, we were looking for a system to support the management of this facility from day one.

From among the offers available on the market, we chose NOVO Property Management.
We signed the contract with NOVO Technologies S.A. at the end of July, and by the beginning of September the NOVO Property Management system had already been properly parameterised, fed with all the data and was ready to issue invoices to tenants.
As a result, we were able to achieve a key objective of the project - the opening date coincided with the production launch of the NOVO system.
