We use enhanced data security in all our IT products.

System security at the software level, in addition to standard requirements such as the length and diversity of characters in the system access password, blocking access after 3 failed attempts, limited user session time and SSL certificate support, also include additional security measures consisting of user verification directly from the database, rather than from the system interface itself. This solution significantly increases the level of security of the data stored in the software. The software automatically logs every login to the database and saves detailed information about each login.

The technical and organisational conditions for securing the data entrusted to us by our clients are implemented in one of the best data centres in Poland, which has data centres in several locations in our country. The standard security of the server infrastructure we use includes:

  • two separate data centres, with the possibility of data recovery and technical platform restart in the second centre in the event of total destruction of the first data centre,
  • full protection in accordance with generally recognised high standards of physical protection for this type of facility,
  • a redundant system of guaranteed power supply for data centres (2 independent power sources, independent power generator),
  • full air conditioning of the premises, with backup in case of failure,
  • a separate VPN network for secure data transfer,
  • internet connection with guaranteed bandwidth (at least 2 independent providers),
  • high-class network protection through a hardware and software platform,
  • regular, automatic data backup,
  • security certificates

Saas model

Quick start, low costs, no worries about infrastructure

We deliver our software to clients in a modern SaaS (Software as a Service) model, i.e. a service model.

In the Software as a Service model used by NOVO Technologies, the client pays only two fees: an implementation fee and a subscription fee for access to the software via a standard web browser. The subscription fee covers not only the use of the software, but also the server room, servers, databases and services necessary to use the software via the Internet.

The SaaS model usually results in a significant reduction in the total cost of using the software compared to the “traditional” IT model, as the client does not pay separately to different suppliers for software, services, expensive IT infrastructure or IT team expansion.

The SaaS model also allows for significantly faster and easier access to world-class optimal processes (business, management, accounting, administrative, etc. depending on the type of application) included in the SaaS offer than the “traditional” IT model, where the client had to manage many elements themselves, and implementations are long and fraught with the risk of failure.
