Tenants in facilities that use NOVO FM have access to selected data and information from the system via the Tenant Portal, which is available entirely online. The tenant portal for the NOVO FM module allows tenants to quickly add requests regarding technical infrastructure to the system (with the option of checking their status), check the contact details of managers (e.g. accounting, payments, technical issues, etc.). All this in a modern graphic design, with the option of displaying, for example, the manager's logo.

Flexible document archive
The document archiving module not only allows you to store all types of electronic versions of documentation (scans, PDFs, photos, etc.) related to your business, but also for intelligent contextual search, e.g. by entering the word "device", the NOVO FM module will list all documents that contain this word either in the document name or, using an OCR system interface, in its content. The system also allows for very flexible parameterisation and use of a document "tree".

The NOVO FM module uses a unique approach to working with a schedule of periodic tasks, which is generated automatically by the NOVO FM module based on data from the device's technical documentation or the user's own assumptions. One of the interesting features of the NOVO FM module is the ability to link each device (or device category) to a facility plan (e.g. in .dwg format), with basic information about the device displayed in a pop-up window. The system's magnifying glass function provides additional support for users in the case of complex floor plans or entire facilities.

Extensive device register
The NOVO FM module uses an extensive device categorisation system with 5 levels of categorisation, which was developed in cooperation with experienced FM managers. Users can also use their own categorisation, which can be easily entered into the module using predefined Excel sheets. The device itself can be described by several parameters, e.g. date of purchase, recommended inspections, manufacturer, brand, life cycle, etc.

Effective request management
The processing, monitoring and analysis of requests in the NOVO FM module is very effective – the ease of adding requests, including by sending an email to the module, appropriately defined colours, filters and the option of displaying a simplified mode greatly facilitate the monitoring and analysis of the types, categories and priorities of registered requests relating to technical infrastructure.
