The person in this position will be responsible for supporting commercial property management software for our company’s clients. We are looking for someone with knowledge (even general) of the property market, including the leasing of premises (in office buildings, shopping centres/parks, etc.), or someone who would like to learn these principles, but has a logical mind, is comfortable working with data and modern IT systems, is effective and efficient at acquiring difficult skills, is communicative, independent and responsible for the project in which they are involved. This is a job that involves the precise implementation of customer support, both in terms of deadlines and tasks.
Responsibilities
1. technical support for the software support team and the customer themselves,
2. analysis of documentation related to property lease agreements and compilation of customer data,
3. parameterisation of the company’s products,
4. cooperation with the programming department in the area of adapting the system to customer needs.
