Responsibilities:

TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST, working with team managers responsible for implementation and customer support, will be responsible for providing technical support to the implementation team and the customer. In particular, they will be responsible for:

  • analysing and compiling customer data,
  • parameterising the company’s products for specific implementations,
  • providing customer service in the context of support in the use of the company’s products.
Requirements:

We are looking for people with a precise, logical mind, who are comfortable working with data and modern IT systems, communicative and responsible. Experience in the IT industry, in the area of implementation and/or technical support for customers will be a significant additional advantage.

Wymagana bardzo dobra  znajomość języka rosyjskiego (angielski będzie dodatkowym atutem).
