The commercial real estate industry has been severely affected by COVID-19. To this day, this implies a decline in turnover with unchanged, and sometimes even higher, costs.
During the lockdown, we worked on changes to the system that will allow for a very detailed analysis of costs and profitability of individual properties and will suggest many options to our clients to help them manage their assets effectively. The result of this work is the NOVO ASSET MANAGEMENT module – an advanced reporting system based on a modern data warehouse. It is a system dedicated mainly to asset managers, which, during the necessary cost optimization, will highlight gaps and suggest more advantageous solutions, ensuring lower management and maintenance costs for properties, as well as allowing full control over the company’s results.
We have also introduced a new feature to our key product, NOVO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: electronic circulation and approval of purchase invoices. This allows for full digitization and automation of documents and, above all, complete control over the company’s purchases. In addition, changes have been made to the NOVO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT module – we have introduced modern graphics based on new colors and iconography, and redesigned the main menu, making the system completely intuitive to use.
Our new products also include: NOVO VISITOR BOOK, dedicated to owners and managers of office properties. It allows visitors to register themselves at the main reception desk and directly informs the addressee about waiting visitors. In addition to ensuring security and reducing the costs of the main reception, the logo visible on the screen successfully promotes the manager’s brand
