
A new feature in NOVO PM that supports building lasting relationships with tenants!
We are pleased to announce the launch of a new, integral part of the NOVO PM module: the Tenant Panel.
This new feature allows for instant reporting of faults and repair requests, enables retail tenants to quickly add turnover, and gives them access to settlements for invoices issued by the manager. It also contains detailed contact information necessary for building lasting relationships with tenants. Further expansion of the Tenant Panel to include resource and benefits management is planned for 2021.
