
We are pleased to announce that a new feature is now available to customers managing office property portfolios. It is part of our largest module, NOVO PM, and is called NOVO Visitor Book.
The new functionality enables the automation of the main reception desk in office facilities – registration of visitors to tenants in the facility via a touch screen, the ability to automatically send emails to tenants’ reception desks about waiting guests, real-time reporting of the number of external visitors in the facility, and statistics on visits to the facility in a given time unit are key functional elements of the new module. In addition, NOVO Visitor Book is a great marketing tool for facility managers and/or owners, as it displays their logo and the facility’s logo at all times, reinforcing the image of a modern, innovation- and efficiency-oriented manager in the minds of visitors. We will closely monitor the feedback from our customers who decide to use the new functionality and develop it further.
