DARUMA Sp. z o.o. is a company that has been operating since 2004, focusing on investing in, leasing, and managing its own and leased real estate within Pelion S.A. DARUMA’s portfolio includes office, warehouse, commercial, and residential properties (management of housing communities).

The company has been on the market for a long time, and as of yesterday, it is our client! Today, we are starting to implement a really large project covering 500 properties into our system! The client will use three of our modules: NOVO PM, NOVO AM, and NOVO FM!
