We are pleased to announce that NOVO Technologies S.A. has signed an agreement with PPF Real Estate for the implementation and support of two key modules of the NOVO Property Management platform – NOVO PM and NOVO AM.

The NOVO platform will be used to support the comprehensive management of PPF RE’s real estate portfolio in Poland, covering operational and financial processes as well as strategic asset-level decision-making.

The NOVO PM module will automate essential property management workflows, including lease administration, utilities and cost settlements, documentation management and other operational processes.
The NOVO AM module will equip asset managers with real-time analytics, dashboards, KPI reporting and transparent performance insights across the portfolio.

PPF RE’s decision to work with NOVO represents an important milestone for our company and confirms the growing recognition of our solutions in the commercial real estate sector.
