NOVO TECHNOLOGIES S.A. provides subscription, configuration and technical support services to subscribers of a commercial property management application, which is an IT solution designed to support property management.
To ensure the effective protection and security of the information processed by our company, we have implemented an Information Security Management System compliant with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2023-08 standard. The protection of information, regardless of the type of medium on which it is stored, and the security of information channels, transmission and processing, is a priority served by the implementation, operation and improvement of the Information Security Management System.
The protection of our clients’ documentation, personal data and confidential information is of particular importance to us.
We are aware that all information should be protected in a manner that ensures it is not disclosed, transferred or used without authorisation by unauthorised persons, which could lead to a breach of our clients’ rights.
In order to ensure a high and effective level of information security:
- We systematically carry out information security risk assessments,
- We systematically review information assets and the requirements for their protection,
- We identify legal requirements and the requirements of interested parties,
- We monitor the effectiveness of the information security measures in place,
- We implement security measures to protect the locations where information is stored, as well as systems and software, against unauthorised access by unauthorised persons.
We are committed to the continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System and to meeting information security requirements, as well as to enhancing the skills and awareness of our staff in the field of information security, by providing the necessary technical, infrastructural and financial resources.
All employees and associates of the company are familiar with and apply the requirements of the Information Security Management System in their daily work and pursue objectives related to information security.
